Group Booking

For group bookings of 8 or more guests, Secret Kitchen City requires deposit of $10.00 per person in the form of credit card prepayment/upfront amount in order to secure your bookings. These deposit will be credited towards the total dining bills during your visit. Any cancellations or change of date must be made prior to 48 hours’ notice or deposit will be forfeited. All deposits are NOT refundable or transferable.

Failure to attend to the restaurant at the reserved time without prior notification will be classified as “No Show” and may result to your booking been cancelled and deposit being forfeited. Secret Kitchen reserves the right to cancel your booking and allocate your table to other guests if you have not arrived within 15 minutes of the schedules seating time (eg:15 minutes late)

Function Bookings

For function bookings, 50% of deposit of the function room spend is required to confirm booking and paid to Secret Kitchen City by the confirmation date (or immediately if the function is held within 7 days of the booking). IF booking is not secured and Secret Kitchen reserves the right to release the function venue to another client until deposit is received.

Full payment has to be made to Secret Kitchen CBD 72 hours prior to the function unless being advice by the manager with other payment options

Special Dates

New Year’s Eve, Chinese New Year Eve, Chinese New Year Day, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. Deposit is required for the booking of 2 guests or above. Please note: Minimum spend will apply on those occasions.

Cancellation and Change of Date

For any cancellation or change of date less than 48 hours, deposit will be forfeited at the management’s discretion.

Confirmation of Numbers

Guests must advise Secret Kitchen City of the final number of guests at least 48 hours prior to the function. Full cost of the function based on the number of guest confirmed will be charged regardless of the actual number of guests turning up.
